In this guide, we’ll be going over how to register for a G Suite email address to use specifically for cold emailing.
We do not recommend using your official agency email for cold emailing. This is because even though our cold emailing service is completely manual and safe, there is still a very small chance your domain reputation may be hurt from cold emailing. Because of this, we recommend our clients to register for alternative domains similar to your official domain. For example, if your domain is bunnymarketing.com, we recommend registering for an alternative domain such as bunnymarketing.co, bunnymarketing.net, bunnymarketing.org, bunnymarketing.info, etc
Go to godaddy.com and purchase a domain with a different ending for your business
For example: If my official business is bunnymarketing.com, please make sure to look for bunnymarketing.net, bunnymarketing.co, bunnymarketing.us, etc
Do not purchase domain privacy or any addons. You only need to purchase the domain.
Look for cheap domains. This should not be more than a few dollars.
Go gsuite.google.com and register for a G suite account using the newly purchased domain.
A G Suite account will cost $6 a month
All new G Suite accounts come with a 14-day free trial so you will not have to pay anything
You will need to complete the G suite setup process. You will need to log into your GoDaddy email account in step 3 of the setup process to verify that you own the domain.
This entire process should take less than 10 minutes and we can finish the rest of the steps. We only need you to purchase the following so we can set everything up.
